RazorX2’s team building experience at Adventure Links gave us the opportunity to break down barriers! Because most RX2’ers are on disparate projects, teammates who are not typically side-by-side got a chance to work together to complete complex tasks. We learned to listen and appreciate each others input, contributions, and ideas … all important skills when working in a team environment with RX2’ers, and others. When our goals were accomplished, we celebrated with lots of high-fives and cheering!The day was filled with laughter, sweat, bravery (hello? zip-lining is scary!), and most of all, team spirit. What an amazing time! 🙂
